What We Offer
IGB provides two distinct program options to support student success. Our Mentoring After School Program (MAP) offers structured after-school academic support and enrichment for students enrolled in traditional school settings. Our Homeschool Instructional Program provides a comprehensive, standards-aligned academic experience with individualized instruction and flexible learning pathways for K-12 students.

Mentoring After School (MAP)
- Academic Support β Daily homework assistance, targeted tutoring, and academic skill-building aligned with students' school curriculum
- Skill Development β Focus on communication, critical thinking, self-advocacy, and problem-solving through structured activities
- Social & Emotional Learning β Guided support in emotional regulation, conflict resolution, and peer relationship building
- Transportation Access β Free transportation from participating schools within the service area to reduce barriers to participation
- Structured Enrichment β Group curriculum, hands-on activities, and supervised recreation that reinforce learning and engagement
Homeschool Education Program
- Standards-Aligned Curriculum β Comprehensive instruction in ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies aligned with grade-level expectations
- Individualized Instruction β Customized learning plans with small group and one-on-one support based on student needs and pace
- Progress Monitoring β Ongoing academic assessments, progress tracking, and parent communication to ensure measurable growth
- Flexible Learning Options β Full-day, part-day, and hybrid scheduling options to support different family needs and learning styles
- College & Career Readiness β Coursework and skill development designed to prepare students for high school completion, college, and future pathways
π« Scholarship Funding Available
IGB programs are approved for Step Up For Students scholarships, including the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Students with Unique Abilities (FES-UA), Personalized Education Program (PEP), and New Worlds Scholarship Accounts. Eligible families may use these funds to cover tuition and program-related costs, increasing access to high-quality academic support and instruction.
